About Client
The "Reckitt Ignite Engine" aimed to enhance business insights and decision-making by integrating data, automating reporting, and aligning data visualization with the UX strategy.
Challenge
The challenge centered on a Unified Data Strategy for LATAM Markets, achieving real-time optimization, breaking free from Excel dependency, and connecting previously isolated platforms, leveraging advanced data analytics to unify insights across systems.
At Reckitt, the issue at hand was the absence of real-time insights into business performance, as well as the presence of distinct workflows and performance evaluations across all LATAM markets, resulting in a restricted capacity to effectively assess marketing performance.
Solution
We leveraged APIs and custom ETL processes, connecting External Media Platforms with Internal D2C and Loyalty CX to unify data flows across all systems. Implemented an automated reporting system by automating data collection, transformation, and reporting processes with customized dashboards and reports, anchored in data analytics, and specific to different business areas empowering teams to make data-driven decisions in real-time.
Result
Now operating at total efficiency with 100% of manual reports automated. Notable results arose from the project, together with a complete automation of manual reports and Keenfolks data team's ascension to lead Reckitt's Global Data Strategy.
