A digital transformation initiative for MSD Animal Health aiming to build more meaningful relationships with pet owners and veterinarians.

Challenge

The challenge for Keenfolks and MSD Animal Health was rooted in the lack of awareness among vets and pet owners regarding the importance of protecting dogs and cats against ticks and fleas. They faced a need for effective communication strategies to reach a diverse and extensive target audience, requiring multifaceted approaches focused on education and awareness-building.

Solution

We launched the POFT (Protect Our Future Too) initiative in 21 European markets. This initiative includes providing content around climate change effects on the need for protection against ticks & fleas to boost growth rates. The approach involved collaboration with Vets, Key Opinion Leaders, and Pet Owners, in addition to lead generation and nurturing campaigns, developing a website and AI-first app, and running paid media campaigns to raise awareness.
